Lemonade Brigade

Developing Youth Entrepreneurs

The Lemonade Brigade is the Youth Leadership Group’s teen-run, homemade lemonade business. The youth are taking their business to a whole different level, catering events such as the Mayor's State of the City Address, the City of Pasadena’s pre-and-post parade events, the Levitt Pavilion's Free Summer Concert Series and most recently, the West Pasadena Little League Games.

Youth are gaining leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial skills through the Lemonade Brigade. The proceeds are applied towards scholarships for the seniors and college field trips, sending home the message that through volunteerism and hard work they can begin to invest in a successful future today.

NATHA and the Lemonade Brigade are extremly appreciative for the 7 lemon trees and lavender and mint herbs that were donated to us. Being able to harvest our own lemons this spring will be empowering and a tremendous benifit to our thriving business.
